Warehouse Operative – PM & Night Shifts – £14.77–£19.25 Per Hour – Crick NN6

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6).

£14.77–£15.32 Per Hour Basic | Overtime Up to £19.25 Per Hour | PM & Night Shifts | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts

You will be working at the warehouse in Crick (NN6), so you must be able to travel to this location for work.

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Packing Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

 • Working 5 days out of 7
 • PM Shift: 15:00–23:00
 • Night Shift: 23:00–07:00
 • Overtime available after 37.5 hours

Rates of Pay

 • PM Shift: £14.77 per hour basic
 • PM Shift Overtime: £18.70 per hour after 37.5 hours
 • Night Shift: £15.32 per hour basic
 • Night Shift Overtime: £19.25 per hour after 37.5 hours

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

 • Carrying out general warehouse duties
 • Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
 • Loading and unloading vehicles safely
 • Processing and preparing orders for dispatch
 • Scanning and labelling items correctly
 • Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
 • Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

 • Basic level of spoken and written English
 • Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing or logistics
 • Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
 • Good communication skills
 • Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
 • Ability to work well as part of a team
 • Positive and proactive approach
 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
 • Ability to travel to Crick NN6 for your shifts
