The company has an excellent reputation for providing a professional recruitment service to companies of all sizes and can boast to having an exceptional client base. As the Business Development Manager you will work within the Corporate team, and be expected to design and implement a client plan to develop and maintain long term profitable relationships, generating new revenue streams with clients across the UK. Job description > Work closely with the branches to identify a sales pipeline for top prospects > Develop a sales strategy with a multi tier account plan to meet profitability objectives > Maintain in depth knowledge of customer contracting, business/market sectors, organisational structures and key stakeholders > Identify cost savings in order to improve the operating profit. Undertake cost/benefit analysis, monitor budgetary process using appropriate financial reporting structures > Establish strategies for focusing the attention of the branches around the client whilst championing new ideas > Prepare and present complex tenders Person Specification > Proven experience of senior sales/account management within a service led environment > Proven experience of executing multi geography client sales > Excellent ability to work in a corporate environment > Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present ideas accurately and effectively both written and orally > Strong management skills with regards to planning and budgetary information
