Job Location: North Dublin

INFORM3 are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, for a major substation / power infrastructure project in North Dublin. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in civils, utilities, energy or electrical infrastructure to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major project.

Site Manager Role:

• Manage the day-to-day activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager
• Manage site logistics, materials and plant
• Ensure all Health & Safety and environmental requirements are met
• Coordinate civil works and interfaces with electrical teams
• Review drawings, RAMS and method statements
• Maintain quality standards and ensure works are completed to the required specification
• Liaise with the client, consultants and wider project team

Site Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent on civils, utilities, energy or infrastructure projects
• Substation or power infrastructure experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management
• Excellent subcontractor and workforce management skills
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver against programme
• Relevant construction/civil engineering qualification
• Full driving licence
