This is a great opportunity for a confident and hands on Cluster Manager to oversee a small group of busy hospitality and retail sites, with a strong focus on people, service, standards and commercial performance. You will be accountable for delivering a profitable, first class store operation across three locations, encouraging each team to succeed through close support, clear leadership and consistent development.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being visible across multiple stores while still remaining connected to their own home site. You will lead by example, support daily operations, uphold hygiene and safety standards, drive customer service, manage stock and margin performance, and ensure each store is working towards agreed targets.

This position is ideal for a strong Store Manager or General Manager who is ready for their first step into multisite leadership. You will need to be practical, commercially aware and confident working in a structured food and retail environment, while still bringing flair, energy and personality to customer service and team engagement.

Cluster Manager Ideal Profile:

• Strong background in café, coffee shop, retail, quick service or hospitality management
• Ready to step into a multisite role from a General Manager or Store Manager position
• Confident leading, coaching and motivating teams in fast paced environments
• Practical and hands on, with the ability to train teams and support every area of store operations
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of sales, labour, stock, margin and gross profit
• Able to read budgets, deliver targets and understand the factors that affect profitability
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high operational standards
• Strong front of house skills with a positive, customer focused approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Food safety qualification at Level 2 minimum, with Level 3 preferred
• Positive leadership style with the ability to build strong team cultures across multiple sites

Cluster Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day performance of three stores, ensuring smooth service and consistent standards
• Support, train and develop Store Managers and their teams
• Recruit, retain and develop team members across the cluster
• Drive sales, customer engagement and site performance through strong leadership
• Maintain store hygiene, safety systems and legal compliance across all locations
• Monitor stock, ordering, wastage, labour, margin delivery and controllable costs
• Deliver first class customer service and quality control through effective shift planning
• Take responsibility for legislative paperwork including training records, food safety, health and safety and COSHH
• Complete relevant training and ensure full team compliance with required courses
• Act as a positive role model, inspiring teams and setting clear standards
• Work closely with the Area Operations Manager to deliver targets and improve store performance
