You don’t need to be a qualified teacher — just confident, calm, and ready to lead a classroom. Whether you're after full-time stability, part-time flexibility, or a fresh challenge during school hours — this is your moment! What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment
Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety
Collecting completed work and reporting on the session
Being a positive role model students look up to

✅ What You’ll Need:

6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
EWC registration (or willingness to register)
A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
