Teaching Assistants Location: Primary Schools – Carmarthenshire Daily Rate: From £88.92 per day Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday Contract: Temporary

Your Role:
Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
Assist pupils with learning, social development, and confidence
Support behavioural management and maintain a calm, safe learning space
Provide one-to-one support where needed, including for children with Additional Learning Needs
Help organise classroom resources and support positive learning experiences
Requirements:
Experience supporting children in educational or care settings
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS and EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude
Passion for helping pupils thrive
