Onsite Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Onsite Coordinator in the Corby area. You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.
Details:
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Corby
Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site.
- Act as first point of contact for workers and management team
- Monitor absence trends and workforce stability.
- Ensure documentation compliance for all deployed workers.
- Support worker engagement and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate site-level reporting both weekly & monthly
- Monitor adherence to agreed pay and rate structures.
- Coordinate immediate response to last-minute workforce changes.
- Maintain professional client communication standards.
- Promote consistent service delivery within client environment.
