Goods in Operative - Aston, Birmingham - £12.71 per hour -Permanent role
We are proud to be working in partnership with our client, a well established successful distributor, in their search for a Warehouse/Goods in and out Operative. The role of Goods In Operative
Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times
Carry out general warehouse duties including stock handling and organisation
Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and effectively
Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and manage inventory
The person
Counterbalance FLT experience is essential
Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training & Development -
Full training provided on VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) FLT
Excellent opportunities for career progression within the company
Working Hours -
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm 1 hour lunch (30 mins paid) 37.5 hours per week
£12.71 per hour
