About the Role
Newstaff Employment is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Luton and Dunstable.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy helping children learn, develop, and thrive in a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
- Help pupils engage with their learning and reach their potential.
- Support children with additional learning needs where required.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation and general school duties.
Requirements
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a professional approach.
- Willingness to work across different school settings.
- An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to complete the required safeguarding checks.
