About the role
Job Title: Machine Operator / Assembler & Packer (Four day working week)
Location: Aldridge
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour
Shift Patterns: 06:30 – 17:00 rotating with 13:30 – 22:00 (must be flexible to work 13:30 – 00:00 when required)
We are looking for a Machine Operator join a friendly, modern, family-run business in Aldridge. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and reliability are key.
The Role:
- Operating plastic injection moulding machines
- Packing finished products
- Assembling parts
- Loading and unloading
- Quality checking parts to ensure high standards
- General warehouse duties
- Completing paperwork
