About the role
We are working with a leading global law firm seeking a Senior Business Services Support Manager to lead and develop its international Practice Group Support function.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead experienced PA management teams, influence senior stakeholders and shape how legal support services are delivered across a global business.
The role will involve:
- Leading, coaching and developing PA Managers.
- Improving PA and secretarial support models, processes and team structures.
- Driving innovation through technology, AI and automation.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Leading strategic projects and delivering measurable improvements.
- Deputising for the International Head of Support Services when required.
About you
You’ll be an experienced PA or Secretarial Manager with a strong background in leading teams and managing managers within a professional services environment. You’ll combine excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset, commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.
