Experienced in commercial finance or residential mortgages, with a proven track record of writing business?
We're recruiting for a Commercial Finance Broker to join a growing and successful financial services firm based near Liverpool Street, London.
Specialising in the healthcare sector, our client provides finance solutions for care homes and pharmacies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded broker looking to develop their career in a specialist market, with the potential to build a substantial client base and maximise earnings.
The role will suit someone with a background in commercial finance or residential mortgages, who is confident managing incoming leads while proactively generating new business through networking, prospecting and industry expos.
The Role
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will:
- Assess clients' financial positions and understand their funding requirements
- Source suitable finance products to meet client needs
- Structure lending proposals and successfully write business
- Prepare and process relevant financial documentation
- Manage incoming leads and convert opportunities into business
- Proactively generate new leads through networking, prospecting and attending industry expos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Commercial Finance Broker Requirements
- Proven track record of writing business
- Essential background in lending, ideally within commercial finance or residential mortgages
- Ability to understand client requirements and structure suitable finance deals
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, ambitious and commercially driven approach to business development
- Confidence managing leads and identifying new business opportunities
What's on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- Commission structure with on-target earnings of £60,000 in Year 1
- Potential to earn Upto £100,000+ in Year 2/3
