Short Description: Due to expansion, we are increasing our team of talented teaching assistants and are looking for people with a skill and passion for working with children with special educational needs to join our amazing school.

We would particularly like to hear from staff who have experience of working in a setting to support children with special educational needs or those who may have worked 1:1 with children in mainstream schools and are keen to work in a whole school setting. Equally, we offer high quality training and support for people with the right skills and attitude.
We are a very supportive school who are great at talent spotting and noticing people who have the potential to grow in this role. This is an exciting time as we look to increase the number of children who attend our school as well as develop our Field Lane site.
