About the role
Job Title: 7.5t Delivery Driver – Ongoing work
Location: Worcester
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week – Ongoing work
Pay Rate: £14.50 – £16.25 per hour
Job Overview
We are currently seeking professional 7.5t delivery drivers for our client based in Worcester for ongoing 5 shifts per week work.
Key Responsibilities
- Around 20 drops per day
- Working in a 2 man-team with a driver’s mate
- Handball required
- Carrying out scheduled deliveries as required
- Ensuring vehicles are operated safely and within legal compliance
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs
- Representing the company and clients in a professional manner
Requirements
- Valid HGV 7.5 tonne licence (Category C1)
- Full Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN endorsements)
- Min 12 months HGV driving experience needed
