About the role
Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join their team, based in Lancaster on a full time, permanent basis.
As a HSEQ Administrator you will support HSEQ duties such as internal communications, document generation and general office administration.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar position (ideally 2+ years).
- Experience working with management systems.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Experience/Exposure to audits/inspections
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player, with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong communication skills with confidence to speak with suppliers and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Familiarity with management systems: ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Internal auditing qualification or similar qualification.
- Support office duties and administration as directed.
- Assist with the maintenance and planning of the IMS.
- Assist with ERP administration were applicable.
- Triaging and monitoring problems and improvements (non-conformances, complaints, operational issues etc) and their associated actions.
- Conduct internal 1st party audits.
- Liaison with Projects, HR and Operations as directed.
