Sous Chef – SB2500

An independent family run hospitality complex set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Sous Chef to join the busy kitchen teams. In this role of Sous Chef you will be working in the fine dining restaurant alongside a team of talented chefs. In this role you will support the Head Chef to run the kitchen and will take control in his absence. The regularly changing menus is produced using fresh local ingredients and follows a farm to fork concept. This property has an excellent reputation and this job offers a good work life balance you will be working 45 hours a week. Benefits:

Requirements:

• The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a similar environment – i.e. 4 star hotel with a fine dining restaurant.
• MUST be able to demonstrate their interest in food and a passion for consistently achieving to their full potential.
