Graduate Administrator

Graduate Administrator                      Altrincham                    £25,000 – £28,000 doe + £4,000 annual bonus

Our client who are based in Altrincham are looking for a confident administrator to join their team based in a prime Altrincham location.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients who use the specialist service our client provides

• Processing work orders and assigning consultants in adherence with client budgets
• Updating various systems such as Salesforce, ERP and other project trackers
• Managing invoices and purchase orders
• Ensuring that expense receipts and documents are correct for client invoicing purposes
• Monitoring billing and ensuring that payments are made and recorded correctly
• Liaising with clients and internal staff to resolve any queries

You will be a recent graduate, or have a degree coupled with experience in an office setting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and enjoys working methodically whilst working on multiple projects.
