We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Training Administrator to join a busy and friendly team within an established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working with people and is looking for a varied role combining administration, recruitment support and training coordination.

The Role

Working closely with the Recruitment & Training team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and act as an initial point of contact for prospective applicants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries and providing a professional, friendly service.

  • Processing applications and completing relevant checks.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinating interviews, appointments and training bookings.
  • Supporting training sessions, including maintaining attendance records.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident on the telephone and has excellent attention to detail. You should enjoy dealing with people, be comfortable managing confidential information and be able to prioritise a varied workload.
