Nursery Assistant (No Qualification Required) - Horley

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified early years practitioners in providing high-quality care, play, and supervision.
• Support daily nursery routines, activities, and meal times to ensure a smooth day for the children.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where children feel encouraged to learn and grow.
• Engage children in various play-based learning activities in line with EYFS standards.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, tidying play areas, and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a nursery, school, youth club, or childcare setting.
• No formal childcare qualification is required for this role.
• Possession of an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or a willingness to undergo a check prior to starting.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, reliable, and hands-on approach.

What we offer

• Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour.
• Location: Horley, Surrey.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
