The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting learning strategies where required.
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all learners.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience working with pupils with a range of SEN needs.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Has a patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Is committed to providing high-quality education and support for all pupils.
• Works effectively as part of a team and communicates confidently with colleagues and families.
