🌿 PART-TIME LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with SEND experience who is passionate about helping children thrive?

We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our happy and dedicated team from 2nd November 2026 or as soon as possible.

🏫 About the role

You will primarily be based in our Year 3/4 classroom, supporting a class of 21 wonderful children alongside the class teacher.

At our school, Teaching Assistants are valued members of the whole-school team. We do not have ‘velcro 1-to-1 TAs’. Instead, our Teaching Assistants work flexibly across the school, supporting children with a range of needs and delivering targeted interventions to help every child make progress.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building positive relationships with children and making a real difference to their learning and development.

⭐ We are looking for someone who has:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification/experience
• Experience of working with children with SEND
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), in line with our requirements
• A caring, positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
• The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive school team

🌱 Desirable

It would be particularly beneficial if you also have a Nursery Nurse or EYFS qualification, as there may be opportunities to support our EYFS unit when needed.
