About the role
Receptionist | Warrington | £12.71ph | Temporary
Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation, who are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join them.
Duties of the role:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, email management, updating spreadsheets
- Manage key issue log, contractor permits, and access cards; follow up on any outstanding returns.
- Ensure rooms are impeccably set up, stocked with supplies, and prepared for meetings. Handle refreshments if required.
- Managing deliveries, and keep records updated.
- General Duties: Monitor vending machine, maintain a tidy reception, and respond promptly to emails.
