Warehouse Operative

We’re recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturer in Winchester. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role offering consistent hours, great pay, and a friendly, supportive working environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working in a cold/freezer environment
• Receiving and storing raw materials and packaging
• Moving finished products from production into the freezer and cold store
• Preparing packaging and stock for production lines
• Attending weekly meetings
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Must have own transport, as public transport is not available to the site.
• Forklift licence is desirable
• Experience in a production environment is beneficial
• Able to rotate shifts if needed
• Willingness to work one Saturday a month

What You’ll Get:

• £12.90 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:15
