Based on a stunning, semi-rural campus in Cranleigh featuring forest schooling, stables, and a pool, you will support pupils aged 8-13 while gaining valuable professional qualifications.

Role Overview

• Salary: £21,599 - £22,462 (36 hours/week, term-time only + 5 INSET days)
• Hours: Mon 8:30-16:00 | Tue-Thu 8:30-16:15 | Fri 8:30-15:45
• Key Tasks: Assist with core subjects, use multi-sensory communication tools (Makaton/symbols), guide emotional self-regulation, and provide personal care support.

• Strong communication, empathy, and an enthusiasm for learning.
• Access to your own transportation (due to location).
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Prior SEN experience or Team Teach training is a plus, but not essential.
