GU7, Godalming, Surrey 2i Recruit Ltd Due to a significant increase in workload, we are looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced recruitment team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience in a professional office environment. Whether you're considering a career in recruitment, business, HR, sales, or administration, this role will provide hands-on experience and exposure to the day-to-day running of a successful recruitment consultancy. Key Responsibilities: * Answering and directing incoming telephone calls * Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms * Screening and processing incoming CVs * Uploading candidate information onto our CRM system * Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases * Supporting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks * Arranging interviews and confirming appointments * Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email * General office administration and ad hoc duties as required About You: * Recent graduate or equivalent * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills * Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office * Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willing to get stuck in This is a great opportunity to gain practical office experience, strengthen your CV, and work within a welcoming team environment
