This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who require additional behavioural, emotional, or SEN support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve success both academically and personally. The RoleAs a Behaviour Support / SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will help create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, engaged, and motivated to succeed.
