Store Manager

Our client is a well-established bags and accessories retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-turnover location. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a team while delivering strong sales results.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a passionate team and driving performance across sales, customer experience and store standards. You will be responsible for setting the pace on the floor, coaching your team and ensuring the store consistently achieves its commercial goals.

You will bring a strong understanding of high-volume retail and be confident managing a busy store where no two days are the same. From analysing KPIs and driving sales to managing stock, visual merchandising and team performance, you will play a key role in the overall success of the store.

About You

• Proven Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
• Confident leading, coaching and developing a team
• Highly organised with strong operational and stock management skills
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience
• Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead from the front
