Store Manager - Fashion and Homewares

Our client is a well-established premium homewares retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their store.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who has a passion for interiors, homewares and delivering an elevated customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, lead and develop the team, and ensure the store consistently delivers a high standard of customer service and presentation.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the team
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining premium visual merchandising standards
• Managing stock and inventory processes
• Overseeing rostering, payroll and daily operations
• Building strong customer relationships
• Ensuring the store is presented to brand standards
• Creating a positive and high-performing team culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is commercially minded, customer-focused and confident leading a team within a premium retail environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous Store Manager experience in retail
• Experience within premium retail, homewares or interiors
• Strong sales and KPI management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Commercially driven with a results-focused approach
• A genuine passion for premium products and interiors
