OVERVIEW:
- The successful candidate will undertake a mix of commercial property work; they will need to have excellent organisational and prioritising skills to manage this workflow.
- While conducting work you will be dealing with general commercial property law, involving:
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Sale of business assets
- Secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Pension scheme transactions
- Land registry applications
- Dealing with section 25 notices
- Acting on behalf of management companies
THE CANDIDATE:
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2+ years’ experience in commercial property.
- You should have a genuine passion for providing high-quality and holistic legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial property law.
- You should also be eager to get involved in developing strong relationships with clients.
- Most importantly you should have a proactive and client-focus approach to your work, always striving for excellence in service delivery.
