Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers while assisting with daily store operations. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and engaging customers, providing product information, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the presentation of the store, restocking shelves, and managing inventory to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as necessary. Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required to meet the needs of our customers.
