Structural Design Engineers - Hybrid

We are seeking experienced Structural Design Engineers to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing structural systems for a variety of projects, ensuring that all designs meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to deliver innovative and efficient structural solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed designs, specifications, and reports, as well as performing calculations and simulations to support your work.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in structural design. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is essential. You should have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. A professional engineering license (PE) is preferred, but not mandatory.
