Structural Design Engineers - Hybrid

We are seeking talented Structural Design Engineers to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure designs meet safety standards and comply with regulations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of engineering principles, as well as proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed design specifications, performing load calculations, and conducting site assessments. You will prepare and review engineering reports and documentation, ensuring all designs are executed efficiently and within budget constraints. Additionally, you will lead technical meetings, providing guidance and support to junior engineers while fostering a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and possess relevant professional experience in structural design. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
