Structural Design Engineers - Hybrid

We are seeking talented Structural Design Engineers to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing structural systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that meet client specifications while maintaining safety and sustainability standards.

Your duties will include performing structural calculations, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications. You will also be expected to engage in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, while providing technical guidance to junior engineers and interns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate proficiency in structural design software, along with a solid understanding of building materials and construction methods.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with relevant professional experience in structural design. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) is a plus.
