Role Description:Support a global discretionary trading team by implementing risk management processes and controls, monitoring market and operational risks, and collaborating with traders and researchers to drive the fund’s growth and stability.Key responsibilities:Monitor and assess risks across discretionary trading strategies.Partner with traders and researchers to analyze strategy performance and risk exposure.Ensure strategies operate within approved risk limits and allocations.Conduct portfolio-level risk and performance analysis.Support portfolio construction and risk optimization across the discretionary business.Enhance the firm's risk framework, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.Advanced degree is a plus.Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
