About the role
We’re working with a leading international law firm who are looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for a confident Legal PA who enjoys being hands-on, supporting senior fee earners and taking ownership of a varied workload. You’ll be working in a busy, client-focused environment where no two days are the same.
The team is also particularly tech-savvy and forward-thinking, so they are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable with technology, enjoys finding smarter ways of working and is confident picking up new systems and tools.
The role
- Provide comprehensive PA support to a group of senior fee earners.
- Take ownership of busy and complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and visas.
- Produce and format correspondence, presentations and legal documentation.
- Organise meetings, client events and team activities.
- Keep client and matter records accurate and up to date.
- Assist with pitches, new business opportunities and client relationship management.
- Handle billing, time recording, expenses and invoice-related tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to keep matters and processes moving.
- Manage competing deadlines confidently, using initiative to anticipate requirements and resolve issues.
About you
You’ll ideally have previous Legal PA experience within a City law firm and be comfortable supporting senior fee earners in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-focused.
- Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Comfortable managing confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Experienced with billing, expenses and time recording.
- Adaptable, approachable and a strong team player.
