Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of young people?
We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and compassionate SEMH Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help students thrive both academically and emotionally at Manor Abbey School.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can meet the needs of secondary aged children who have experienced difficulty in accessing mainstream education.
The successful candidates will

Experience of working with children with SEMH needs (or a strong willingness to learn).
Have an awareness of trauma informed practices and positive mental health promotion.
Have a clear understanding of, and ability to, manage behaviour that challenges.
Be a team player and a strong advocate for change, progression and continuous school improvement.
