What You'll Be Doing
Providing tailored support to children and teenagers facing childhood trauma or neurodivergent needs.
Facilitating safe community integration and accompanying young people on outings.
Assisting with family supervisions and mother-and-baby care programmes.
Applying proactive behaviours support techniques to de-escalate challenging situations.
What We're Looking For
Background in children's residential care, CAMHS, forensic care, or youth rehabilitation.
Practical understanding of neurodiversity (Autism spectrum, ADHD) and trauma care.
High emotional intelligence, patience, and unwavering professional standards.
