Senior HR Systems Specialist

Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist. Join them at their Farnborough, where you will work with groundbreaking technology alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems
• Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
• Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
• Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscape
• Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules
• Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
• Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
• Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Essential Qualifications:

• Technical degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent professional experience

This role is full-time, based at Farnborough with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
