About the role
Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate to join their support team on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical support skills in a structured environment, providing first-line assistance to end users and contributing to the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will handle incident management, troubleshooting, and user support across a range of systems and applications.
- First-line technical support and incident management across multiple platforms and applications
- Permanent position with scope to develop expertise in IT service delivery and support processes
- Opportunity to work within a defined IT support framework with clear escalation pathways
- Demonstrated experience in a service desk or technical support role, or equivalent hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues

- Ability to work methodically through problems and document solutions accurately
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent IT support qualification

- Experience with common enterprise systems, remote support tools, or network administration.
