Support Worker Fife

Looking for competitive pay, local shifts, and complete control over your working schedule? We are expanding our team and recruiting experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants for rewarding roles throughout Fife.

We have a wide range of immediate agency opportunities across Residential Care Homes, Care at Home services, and Supported Living packages in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, and the surrounding Fife communities.

• Umbrella: £18.00 per hour

• PAYE: £15.35 per hour (includes rolled-up holiday pay)

Build a work schedule that suits your routine with flexible placements across various support sectors:

• Care Environments: Residential Elderly Care Homes, Community Care at Home, and Supported Living settings.

• Shift Patterns: Full flexibility with Early, Late, Long Day, and Waking Night shifts available.

• Locations: Placements available across Fife and local surrounding areas.

• Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months of UK-based care experience.

• Core Competencies: Confident in delivering personal care, managing medication, assisting with mobility, and supporting vulnerable individuals.

• Safeguarding: Active Adult PVG scheme membership (or eligible for a scheme record update).

• Travel: Drivers with personal vehicles are preferred for community care-at-home visits, though non-drivers can easily be accommodated in fixed-location care homes.
