Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £13.25 – Temporary to permanent position
Shifts: Day shift
Shift Times: 9am to 5pm with one late shift
Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 1 years experience as a Support Worker.

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Support Worker to join a service located in Bournemouth, supporting adults with addiction recovery.
This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bournemouth and the local area.
As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

· MUST have a UK driving licence

· A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work

· Experience working within addiction recovery

· Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
