Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours across 4 days
Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Montessori nursery in the Leatherhead area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children’s learning, development and independence.
• Complete observations and assessments.
• Act as a key person and build strong relationships with children and parents.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Support daily routines, meals, toileting and personal care.
• Promote positive behaviour and children’s wellbeing.
• Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Nursery or early years experience.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Passionate, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
