Slinger/Signaller - Sizewell C

Location: Sizewell C
Duration: Up to 6 weeks (from 14th September)
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts (12-hour shifts)
Rate: £31.50 per hour
Requirement: Valid Sizewell C Induction Required
We are looking for an experienced Slinger/Signaller to support a major lifting project at Sizewell C. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling lifting operations, ensuring clear communication with crane operators and maintaining safe working practices at all times.
Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller qualification
• Experience supporting lifting operations involving crawler cranes
• Strong understanding of lifting procedures and site safety requirements
• Valid Sizewell C Induction
• Ability to work night shifts and commit to the full project duration
• Confined Space qualification desirable

Project Details:

• Main cranes on site are 80T and 90T crawler cranes
• Work will be carried out around the clock as part of a continuous operation
• Working pattern is programme-dependent and may involve 8-11 days worked followed by 1-2 rest days for fatigue management
• Concrete curing periods may occasionally result in short periods away from site before work resumes

The client is looking for a reliable Slinger/Signaller who can commit to the full duration of the project and support the safe delivery of all lifting activities on site.
