Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 1-5 PQE, Suffolk Up to £60,000 DOE. The successful Solicitor can expect 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, an additional day off during the Christmas period, and an extra day off for your birthday. DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLITOR:
The successful Solicitor will be joining a a highly recognised team of experts in dispute resolution. You will be offering legal support to businesses, developers, investors, partnerships, landlords, tenants, and private individuals, all while working closely with experienced colleagues on complex matters. While at this firm you will be expected to manage your own developing caseload with appropriate supervision, allowing you to develop your expertise across a varied caseload. This role is perfect for someone who has or is interested in working across a wide range of commercial and general civil litigation matters, as well as property disputes. Due to the nature of the role, you will be assisting and advising on a wide variety of disputes, some being breaches of contracts, commercial disputes, construction disputes, and property litigation matters. This is an opportunity to develop your career, so ambitious individuals are sought after for this role.
