HR Analyst - London

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in the Canary Wharf area.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce planning.

This role requires strong expertise in data manipulation and advanced Excel skills to extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets.

You will be responsible for producing insightful reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a contract role for 3 months paying £50 per hour Umbrella or £37.87 per hour PAYE + holiday pay

Willingness to do a DBS & an Adverse Media check is required.

Advanced Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
