Working in a team with the Head of Enterprise Risk Policy and Frameworks, the Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Homes England's Enterprise Risk Management approach. You will be joining our small but enthusiastic and highly skilled team, who are committed to making positive change in how we manage risk across the whole organisation.Job description
The Head of Enterprise Risk Policy and Frameworks is dedicated driving continuous improvement across risk frameworks and operational practise. The Head of Enterprise Risk Policy and Frameworks believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving within their team.
This is a rare chance to shape the future of risk in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional Risk team you will ensure consistent and effective embedding of risk management. The role will support driving of improvements in organisational risk capability and maturity.
Person specification
You'll be comfortable supporting the Enterprise Risk team with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Homes England's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will be proficient in the design and delivery of risk training, to enhance understanding of risk management responsibilities and build risk management capability across the organisation.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an Enterprise Risk team. You will enjoy working in an innovative and engaging way and be able to influence and persuade.
As an experienced risk professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
