Full‑time | Immediate or September Start | KS1/KS2
A supportive, community‑driven primary setting in south central Birmingham is seeking a behaviour focused class teacher role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and can maintain a calm, purposeful atmosphere where every child can succeed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months’ UK primary teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent behaviour management — calm, consistent, confident
- Ability to de‑escalate, redirect and uphold clear expectations
- A genuine commitment to the wider community and whole‑child development
