Candidate Profile
Education and Formal Training GCSE’s (minimum of 5 inclusive of Mathematics and English), or equivalent. A levels or relevant level 3 qualification Relevant Technical Experience and Knowledge Understanding of the requirements of the team, from a financial aspect. Understanding the legislation and processes around SEN finance. Understanding systems and tools required in the role Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to achieve great outcomes. Great IT skills including Microsoft applications Skills and Abilities Good interpersonal skills, ability to show emphathy and work with schools to sort queries. Ability of work with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organisation Methodical and organised Works well in a team and able to be self-motivatedFor the full list of essential and desirable criteria for this role then please refer to the Person Specification within the Job Description attached.
