About the role

Source Supply are recruiting a dependable and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join a SEND school in Redcar and Cleveland.

The school offer a broad and dynamic curriculum which is tailored specifically to help the young learners get the very best out of their education – readying them for later life.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be exceptional at forming positive relationships and have a strong understanding of SEMH – you will be a constant in the lives of young people who will thrive with the correct support in school.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting.
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
