We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Kingston upon Thames.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, encouraging children's development through play, and providing high-quality care within a nurturing environment. The nursery has a strong focus on outdoor learning and Forest School activities, giving children opportunities to explore, build confidence, and learn through the natural environment.
You will be:

Providing high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children
*
Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
*
Supporting children's development through play, exploration, and child-led learning
*
Encouraging outdoor learning and participating in Forest School activities
*
Acting as a key person and developing strong relationships with children and their families
*
Completing observations and assessments to monitor children's progress
*
Supporting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of practice
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's individual needs
*
Contributing positively to the daily running and development of the nursery
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development is essential, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills. An interest in outdoor learning and Forest School activities would be highly desirable.
Full and part-time opportunities are available.
Salary: £27,500–£31,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
